Eastern Washington grabbed a 90-74 win over High Point on Saturday, behind a 19-point effort from Jacob Davison at Millis Center.
Eastern Washington got 19 points from Kim Aiken Jr. and another 15 points from Mason Peatling. Ellis Magnuson contributed 8 assists, while Mason Peatling cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
High Point got 15 points from Caden Sanchez in a losing cause and another 14 points from Eric Coleman Jr.. Jamal Wright contributed 2 assists for them, while Caden Sanchez had 13 rebounds.
Eastern Washington led at halftime, 41-36.
High Point had a 43-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Eastern Washington heads into a battle against Belmont. High Point, meanwhile, will have their next action against Greensboro.
