New Mexico Falls 82-59 to San Diego State - Recap
The battle between San Diego State and New Mexico didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as New Mexico was handed a 82-59 defeat on Tuesday at Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl.
San Diego State was a -15.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
San Diego State got 22 points from Matt Mitchell and another 20 points from Yanni Wetzell. Matt Mitchell contributed 4 assists, while Matt Mitchell cleaned the glass with 12 rebounds.
New Mexico got 20 points from Vante Hendrix in a losing cause and another 9 points from Corey Manigault. Makuach Maluach contributed 4 assists for them, while Makuach Maluach had 6 rebounds.
San Diego State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
