Alabama State Falls 108-82 Against Iowa - Game Recap
The battle between Iowa and Alabama State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Alabama State was handed a 108-82 defeat on Thursday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
Iowa got 26 points from Keegan Murray and another 21 points from Payton Sandfort. Joe Toussaint contributed 11 assists, while Kris Murray cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Alabama State got 20 points from Christian McCray in a losing cause and another 19 points from Gerald Liddell. Gerald Liddell contributed 4 assists for them, while Michael Barber had 10 rebounds.

Iowa won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 41-25.
