Gonzaga Bulldogs vs Pepperdine Waves Wrap - Gonzaga Wins 86-66
Pepperdine was run off the court by Gonzaga on Wednesday as they blasted them 86-66 at Firestone Fieldhouse.
Gonzaga did not, however, defeat Pepperdine against the spread, which closed at -31.0 at most sportsbooks.
Drew Timme had 19 points for Gonzaga and Chet Holmgren chipped in with 18 points. Andrew Nembhard had 14 assists for them, while Chet Holmgren was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 17 boards.
Pepperdine got 25 points from Houston Mallette in a losing cause and another 16 points from Jan Zidek. Mike Mitchell Jr. contributed 4 assists for them, while Victor Ohia Obioha had 7 rebounds.
Gonzaga was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
