George Washington Falls 80-54 Against Dayton - Game Recap

The battle between Dayton and George Washington didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as George Washington was handed a 80-54 defeat on Saturday at University of Dayton Arena.

Dayton was the ATS victor, as they covered the -15.5-point spread as a favorite.

Dayton got 13 points from Kobe Elvis and another 12 points from DaRon Holmes II. Malachi Smith contributed 9 assists, while R.J. Blakney cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.

George Washington got a 10-point performance from James Bishop, who was supported by 10 points from Ricky Lindo Jr.. Brayon Freeman had 4 assists in a losing cause for George Washington, while Ricky Lindo Jr. grabbed 9 rebounds.

Dayton was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
