Ty Gordon went off for 30 points and added 7 rebounds leading Nicholls State to a 80-62 win over Northwestern State on Thursday at Prather Coliseum.
Latrell Jones had 19 points for Nicholls State and Devante Carter chipped in with 13 points. Devante Carter had 7 assists for them, while Latrell Jones was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Northwestern State got 19 points from Kendal Coleman in a losing cause and another 8 points from Zurabi Zhgenti. Brian White contributed 3 assists for them, while Kendal Coleman had 13 rebounds.
