SEC Tournament - Vanderbilt Falls 77-71 Against Kentucky - Game Recap
Kentucky got a 25-point performance from TyTy Washington Jr. as they ran past Vanderbilt 77-71 on Friday at Amalie Arena.
Kentucky did not, however, defeat Vanderbilt against the spread, which closed at -11.0 at most sportsbooks.
Kentucky got 12 points from Oscar Tshiebwe and another 10 points from Davion Mintz. Sahvir Wheeler contributed 11 assists, while Oscar Tshiebwe cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.
Vanderbilt got 27 points from Jordan Wright in a losing cause and another 11 points from Myles Stute. Scotty Pippen Jr. contributed 7 assists for them, while Jordan Wright had 6 rebounds.
Kentucky was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Kentucky as they grabbed 33 boards, while Vanderbilt only had 24
