Kent State Defeats Central Michigan 81-69 - Recap

Chris Payton scored 18 points leading Kent State to a 81-69 victory over Central Michigan at Memorial A & C Center on Tuesday.

Central Michigan got 22 points from Markus Harding in a losing cause and another 16 points from Reggie Bass. Reggie Bass contributed 7 assists for them, while Reggie Bass had 5 rebounds.

Kent State was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Kent State had a 31-27 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
