Fresno State Falls 85-62 to Wyoming - Recap
The battle between Wyoming and Fresno State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Fresno State was handed a 85-62 defeat on Tuesday at Arena-Auditorium.
Bettors who backed Wyoming were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -5.0 at sportsbooks.
Wyoming got 18 points from Hunter Thompson and another 15 points from Jeremiah Oden. Hunter Maldonado contributed 8 assists, while Jeremiah Oden cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Fresno State got 11 points from Isaiah Hill in a losing cause and another 10 points from Isaih Moore. Isaiah Hill contributed 7 assists for them, while Leo Colimerio had 6 rebounds.
Wyoming was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Wyoming won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 43-18.
Next game, Wyoming takes its act on the road to face San Jose State looking for another win. For Fresno State, they head on the road to face UNLV.
