Recap - Grand Canyon Defeats San Francisco 76-72

San Francisco was burned for 28 points by Tyon Grant-Foster on Friday as Grand Canyon picked up a 76-72 win at Desert Diamond Arena.

Grand Canyon won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.5-point spread as favorites.

Grand Canyon got 24 points from Ray Harrison and another 14 points from Collin Moore. Ray Harrison contributed 5 assists, while Gabe McGlothan cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

San Francisco got a 20-point performance from Marcus Williams, who was supported by 17 points from Jonathan Mogbo. Mike Sharavjamts had 3 assists in a losing cause for San Francisco, while Jonathan Mogbo grabbed 7 rebounds.

Grand Canyon was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Grand Canyon had a 36-28 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
