Maine Black Bears vs Bryant Bulldogs Wrap - Bryant Wins 77-72
Bryant got 23 points and 11 rebounds from Daniel Rivera en route to a 77-72 victory over Maine on Thursday at Chace Athletic Center.
Earl Timberlake had 20 points for Bryant and Sherif Gross-Bullock chipped in with 15 points. Sherif Gross-Bullock had 3 assists for them, while Daniel Rivera was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
Maine got 15 points from AJ Lopez in a losing cause and another 14 points from Jaden Clayton. Kellen Tynes contributed 4 assists for them, while Adam Cisse had 8 rebounds.
Bryant was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Bryant had a 33-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Bryant takes its act home to face UMass-Lowell looking for another win. For Maine, they head home to face Vermont.
