Fresno State Defeats Cal State-Bakersfield 61-58 - Recap

Fresno State grabbed a 61-58 win over Cal State-Bakersfield on Friday, behind a 13-point effort from Isaiah Hill at Save Mart Center.

Fresno State did not, however, defeat Cal State-Bakersfield against the spread, which closed at -9.5 at most sportsbooks.

Donavan Yap Jr. had 12 points for Fresno State and Enoch Boakye chipped in with 11 points. Isaiah Hill had 9 assists for them, while Enoch Boakye was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

Cal State-Bakersfield got 17 points from Kaleb Higgins in a losing cause and another 11 points from Ugnius Jarusevicius. Kaleb Higgins contributed 5 assists for them, while Kareem Watson had 5 rebounds.

Fresno State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
