Purdue vs Iowa Final: 84-70 - Recap
Zach Edey scored 30 points and chipped in with 18 rebounds for Purdue on Saturday, leading them to a 84-70 victory over Iowa at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
Purdue was a favorite by -6.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors.
Purdue got 17 points from Lance Jones and another 12 points from Fletcher Loyer. Braden Smith contributed 9 assists, while Zach Edey cleaned the glass with 18 rebounds.
Iowa got a 24-point performance from Tony Perkins, who was supported by 16 points from Payton Sandfort. Josh Dix had 7 assists in a losing cause for Iowa, while Payton Sandfort grabbed 7 rebounds.
Purdue was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Purdue won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 50-23.
Purdue looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Michigan. Iowa will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Maryland.
