North Carolina Central Defeats Howard 73-54 - Recap

North Carolina Central grabbed a 73-54 win over Howard on Saturday, behind a 24-point effort from Fred Cleveland Jr. at McDougald-McLendon Gymnasium.

Ja'Darius Harris had 21 points for North Carolina Central and Po'Boigh King chipped in with 12 points. Fred Cleveland Jr. had 7 assists for them, while Timmy Adedire was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.

Howard got a 21-point performance from Bryce Harris, who was supported by 18 points from Dom Campbell. Marcus Dockery had 4 assists in a losing cause for Howard, while Bryce Harris grabbed 10 rebounds.

North Carolina Central was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

North Carolina Central won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-35.
