Recap - Alouettes Defeat Edmonton 35-21

The Alouettes grabbed a Week 19 victory over the Elks on Saturday, winning 35-21 at The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium.

Montreal was the ATS victor, as they covered the +0.0-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 46.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Walter Fletcher rushed for 88 yards, while Cody Fajardo added 30 yards in the win. Tyler Snead and Austin Mack added 69 and 57 receiving yards respectively.

Kevin Brown rushed for 68 yards for Edmonton, while Tre Ford added 47 yards. Tre Ford threw for 216 yards for the Elks, while receivers Eugene Lewis and Kyran Moore had 61 and 44 yards respectively.

Edmonton lost the offensive yardage battle to Montreal 391-356 yards in Saturday's game. Edmonton had more first downs as that total ended up 21-18.

The time of possession battle favored Montreal as their offense was on the field for 31:02, longer than the 28:58 of their opponents.

Next game, Montreal takes its act home to face Hamilton looking for another win. For Edmonton, they head on the road to face Winnipeg.
