Recap - Buffaloes Defeat Arizona 24-13
Jarek Broussard scampered through the Arizona defense for 301 yards as Colorado handed the Wildcats a 24-13 defeat on Saturday at Arizona Stadium.
Colorado won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -9.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 55.5.
Jarek Broussard rushed for 301 yards, while Sam Noyer added 67 yards in the win. Dimitri Stanley and La'Vontae Shenault added 44 and 17 receiving yards respectively.
Michael Wiley rushed for 126 yards for Arizona, while Gary Brightwell added 113 yards. Will Plummer threw for 154 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Brian Casteel and Jamarye Joiner had 71 and 22 yards respectively.
Arizona lost the offensive yardage battle to Colorado 499-422 yards in Saturday's game. Arizona had more first downs as that total ended up 23-18.
Arizona led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:57-29:03 split in that important category.
Next game, Colorado takes its act home to face Utah looking for another win. For Arizona, they head home to face Arizona State.
