Texas Defeats UTSA 41-20 - Recap

The Roadrunners had no answer for Bijan Robinson on Saturday as the Longhorns rolled to a 41-20 win at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium/Jamail Field.

Texas was the ATS victor, as they covered the -13.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 57.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Bijan Robinson rushed for 183 yards, while Roschon Johnson added 81 yards in the win. Jordan Whittington and Xavier Worthy added 56 and 41 receiving yards respectively.

Brenden Brady rushed for 70 yards for UTSA, while Frank Harris added 38 yards. Brenden Brady threw for 35 yards for the Roadrunners, while receivers Zakhari Franklin and Joshua Cephus had 84 and 80 yards respectively.

UTSA was outgained by Texas 459-408 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 29-21 by the Roadrunners.

Texas lost the time of possession battle 36:21-23:39, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Texas takes its act on the road to face Texas Tech looking for another win. For UTSA, they head home to face Texas Southern.
