Recap - Crimson Tide Defeat USF 17-3

Roydell Williams tore up the turf for 129 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Crimson Tide to a 17-3 win over the Bulls at Raymond James Stadium.

Alabama did not, however, defeat the Bulls against the spread, which closed at -34.5 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 61.0.

Roydell Williams rushed for 129 yards, while Jase McClellan added 74 yards in the win. CJ Dippre and Isaiah Bond added 45 and 42 receiving yards respectively.

Byrum Brown rushed for 92 yards for USF, while Nay'Quan Wright added 62 yards. Byrum Brown threw for 87 yards for the Bulls, while receivers Sean Atkins and Naiem Simmons had 42 and 20 yards respectively.

USF lost the offensive yardage battle to Alabama 310-264 yards in Saturday's game. Alabama had more first downs as that total ended up 16-14.

Alabama lost the time of possession battle 30:26-29:34, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Alabama looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Ole Miss. USF will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Rice.
