Washington State Falls 10-7 to Cardinal - Recap

Stanford earned a 10-7 victory over Washington State on Saturday in Week 10 action at Clarence D. Martin Stadium.

The Cardinal were a +14.0-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 58.0.

Justin Lamson rushed for 54 yards, while Ashton Daniels added 18 yards in the win. Sam Roush and Elic Ayomanor added 61 and 53 receiving yards respectively.

Djouvensky Schlenbaker rushed for 34 yards for Washington State, while Lincoln Victor added 5 yards. Cameron Ward threw for 241 yards for the Cougars, while receivers Josh Kelly and Lincoln Victor had 82 and 66 yards respectively.

Washington State outgained Stanford 245-217 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 18-16 by the Cardinal.

Stanford led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:25-25:35 split in that important category.

Next game, Stanford takes its act on the road to face Oregon State looking for another win. For Washington State, they head on the road to face California.
