Buffaloes Fall 34-31 Against Arizona - Game Recap
Jonah Coleman tore up the turf for 179 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Wildcats to a 34-31 win over the Buffaloes at Folsom Field.
Arizona did not, however, defeat the Buffaloes against the spread, which closed at -8.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 54.5.
Jonah Coleman rushed for 179 yards, while DJ Williams added 33 yards in the win. Tetairoa McMillan and Montana Lemonious-Craig added 107 and 67 receiving yards respectively.
Shedeur Sanders rushed for 29 yards for Colorado, while Sy'veon Wilkerson added 21 yards. Shedeur Sanders threw for 262 yards for the Buffaloes, while receivers Xavier Weaver and Travis Hunter had 84 and 74 yards respectively.
Arizona outgained Colorado 421-339 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-18 by the Wildcats.
The time of possession battle favored Colorado as their offense was on the field for 31:48, longer than the 24:50 of their opponents.
Arizona heads into a 12 battle against Utah. Colorado, meanwhile, will have their next action against Washington State.
