Recap - Buccaneers Defeat New Orleans 20-10

The Saints came up short against the Buccaneers in Week 2 action on Sunday, falling 20-10 at Caesars Superdome.

Tampa Bay won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 43.5.

Leonard Fournette rushed for 65 yards, while Scotty Miller added 8 yards in the win. Mike Evans and Breshad Perriman added 61 and 45 receiving yards respectively.

Mark Ingram II rushed for 60 yards for New Orleans, while Dwayne Washington added 18 yards. Jameis Winston threw for 236 yards for the Saints, while receivers Chris Olave and Michael Thomas had 80 and 65 yards respectively.

Tampa Bay lost the offensive yardage battle to New Orleans 308-260 yards in Sunday's game. New Orleans had more first downs as that total ended up 18-13.

New Orleans led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:17-29:43 split in that important category.

Tampa Bay heads into a Week 3 battle against the Packers. New Orleans, meanwhile, will have their next action against Carolina.
