Stanford Cardinal vs San Jose State Spartans Wrap - Stanford Wins 78-58

The battle between Stanford and San Jose State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as San Jose State was handed a 78-58 defeat on Saturday at Provident Credit Union Event Center.

Stanford was a favorite by -16.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors.

Stanford got 25 points from Oscar da Silva and another 12 points from Isaac White. Tyrell Terry contributed 5 assists, while Tyrell Terry cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

San Jose State got a 12-point performance from Seneca Knight, who was supported by 11 points from Brae Ivey. Craig LeCesne had 2 assists in a losing cause for San Jose State, while Richard Washington grabbed 7 rebounds.

Stanford was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Stanford had a 43-31 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Next game, Stanford takes its act home to face San Francisco looking for another win. For San Jose State, they head on the road to face Santa Clara.
