The battle between Columbia and Mount Saint Vincent didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Mount Saint Vincent was handed a 86-56 defeat on Thursday at Francis S. Levien Gymnasium.
Columbia got 20 points from Jack Foreman and another 14 points from Mike Smith. Mike Smith contributed 5 assists, while Randy Brumant cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Mount Saint Vincent got 13 points from Raiquis Harris in a losing cause and another 12 points from Kelvin Turner-Harris. Dorian Robinson contributed 3 assists for them, while Dorian Robinson had 8 rebounds.
Columbia was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Columbia had a 50-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
