DePaul got 22 points and 14 rebounds from David Jones en route to a 82-74 victory over Georgetown University on Wednesday at Wintrust Arena.
DePaul was the ATS victor, as they covered the -6.5-point spread as a favorite.
DePaul got 16 points from Nick Ongenda and another 14 points from Courvoisier McCauley. David Jones contributed 10 assists, while David Jones cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.
Georgetown University got 24 points from Kaiden Rice in a losing cause and another 16 points from Aminu Mohammed. Dante Harris contributed 8 assists for them, while Aminu Mohammed had 10 rebounds.
DePaul won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 38-36.
Next game, DePaul takes its act on the road to face Providence looking for another win. For Georgetown University, they head home to face Creighton.
