The battle between Norfolk State and Bridgewater didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Bridgewater was handed a 79-56 defeat on Tuesday at Echols Hall.
Norfolk State got 18 points from Joe Bryant Jr. and another 15 points from Kris Bankston. Joe Bryant Jr. contributed 3 assists, while Kris Bankston cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.
Bridgewater got 24 points from Andy Pack in a losing cause and another 14 points from Liam Caswell. Rashod Smith contributed 4 assists for them, while Rashod Smith had 5 rebounds.
