Penn State-Wilkes-Barre Falls 111-55 to Norfolk State - Recap
The battle between Norfolk State and Penn State-Wilkes-Barre didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Penn State-Wilkes-Barre was handed a 111-55 defeat on Thursday at Echols Hall.
Cahiem Brown had 14 points for Norfolk State and Joe Bryant Jr. chipped in with 14 points. Joe Bryant Jr. had 6 assists for them, while Tyrese Jenkins was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.
Penn State-Wilkes-Barre got 12 points from Kevin Major in a losing cause and another 12 points from Clifton Tracey. Kaii Gilliam contributed 3 assists for them, while Frantz Pierre had 6 rebounds.
Norfolk State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Norfolk State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-21.
