The battle between UTSA and Dallas Christian didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Dallas Christian was handed a 101-48 defeat on Monday at UTSA Convocation Center.
UTSA got 17 points from Jordan Ivy-Curry and another 15 points from Lamin Sabally. Christian Tucker contributed 6 assists, while Lachlan Bofinger cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Dallas Christian got 8 points from Joseph Allen in a losing cause and another 7 points from Tyjuan Battles. Royce Mendez contributed 5 assists for them, while Jairus Allen had 5 rebounds.
UTSA was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UTSA had a 61-25 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
