Indiana State Defeats Ball State 83-71 - Recap

Indiana State grabbed a 83-71 win over Ball State on Saturday, behind a 17-point effort from Cooper Neese at Hulman Center.

Indiana State was the ATS victor, as they covered the -7.5-point spread as a favorite.

Courvoisier McCauley had 14 points for Indiana State and Jayson Kent chipped in with 13 points. Julian Larry had 4 assists for them, while Courvoisier McCauley was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 6 boards.

Ball State got 29 points from Jarron Coleman in a losing cause and another 18 points from Payton Sparks. Jarron Coleman contributed 4 assists for them, while Demarius Jacobs had 10 rebounds.

Indiana State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Ball State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 34-27.
