Recap - Oklahoma State Defeats Oakland 91-62
The battle between Oklahoma State and Oakland didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Oakland was handed a 91-62 defeat on Sunday at Athletics Center Orena.
Oklahoma State was a -8.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
Oklahoma State got 18 points from Avery Anderson III and another 16 points from John-Michael Wright. Avery Anderson III contributed 7 assists, while Moussa Cisse cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Oakland got a 15-point performance from Keaton Hervey, who was supported by 14 points from Lorne Bowman. Jalen Moore had 5 assists in a losing cause for Oakland, while Keaton Hervey grabbed 11 rebounds.
Oklahoma State led at halftime, 42-28.
Oklahoma State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-28.
Next game, Oklahoma State takes its act on the road to face Central Florida looking for another win. For Oakland, they head on the road to face Toledo.
