Richmond got a 29-point performance from Tyler Burton as they ran past Bucknell 81-71 on Wednesday at Robins Center.
Richmond got 20 points from Matt Grace and another 12 points from Jason Nelson. Andre Gustavson contributed 4 assists, while Tyler Burton cleaned the glass with 5 rebounds.
Bucknell got 19 points from Xander Rice in a losing cause and another 13 points from Elvin Edmonds IV. Xander Rice contributed 4 assists for them, while Andre Screen had 9 rebounds.
Richmond was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Bucknell won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-24.
Richmond looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Coppin State. Bucknell will aim to get back on the winning track at Rutgers.
