North Florida was scorched by Dae Dae Grant for 26 points as Duquesne defeated them 83-82 in NCAA action on Monday.
Duquesne got 14 points from David Dixon and another 13 points from Tre Williams. Dae Dae Grant contributed 6 assists, while Austin Rotroff cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
North Florida got a 24-point performance from Jarius Hicklen, who was supported by 14 points from Carter Hendricksen. Jose Placer had 6 assists in a losing cause for North Florida, while Chaz Lanier grabbed 7 rebounds.
