Air Force Defeats LIU 82-67 - Recap
Air Force got 26 points and 12 rebounds from Ethan Taylor en route to a 82-67 victory over LIU on Friday at Steinberg Wellness Center.
Beau Becker had 20 points for Air Force and Byron Brown chipped in with 13 points. Ethan Taylor had 6 assists for them, while Ethan Taylor was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.
LIU got 12 points from R.J. Greene in a losing cause and another 11 points from Terell Strickland. Terell Strickland contributed 5 assists for them, while Tana Kopa had 10 rebounds.
Air Force led at halftime, 43-28.
Air Force had a 37-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Air Force takes its act on the road to face Delaware looking for another win. For LIU, they head on the road to face Pepperdine.
