UMass-Lowell River Hawks vs Binghamton Bearcats Recap - UMass-Lowell Wins 80-60
The battle between UMass-Lowell and Binghamton didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Binghamton was handed a 80-60 defeat on Saturday at Events Center.
Cam Morris III had 17 points for UMass-Lowell and Quinton Mincey chipped in with 17 points. Ayinde Hikim had 4 assists for them, while Quinton Mincey was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 6 boards.
Binghamton got 17 points from Tariq Balogun in a losing cause and another 16 points from Armon Harried. Symir Torrence contributed 6 assists for them, while Armon Harried had 7 rebounds.
UMass-Lowell led at halftime, 43-26.
Binghamton won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 30-26.
UMass-Lowell looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Vermont. Binghamton will aim to get back on the winning track at New Hampshire.
