Youngstown State vs Wisconsin-Milwaukee Final: 84-80 - Recap

Youngstown State got 16 points from Ziggy Reid en route to a 84-80 victory over Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Friday at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

Youngstown State was a -2.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.

DJ Burns had 16 points for Youngstown State and John Lovelace Jr. chipped in with 15 points. Bryson Langdon had 6 assists for them, while Gabe Dynes was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.

Wisconsin-Milwaukee got 22 points from BJ Freeman in a losing cause and another 13 points from Kentrell Pullian. BJ Freeman contributed 8 assists for them, while Faizon Fields had 10 rebounds.

Youngstown State led at halftime, 39-26.

Youngstown State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 47-37.

Youngstown State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Wisconsin-Green Bay. Wisconsin-Milwaukee will aim to get back on the winning track vs. PFW.
