Davidson Defeats Duquesne 72-59 - Recap

Davidson got 19 points from Connor Kochera as they ran past Duquesne 72-59 on Wednesday at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.

Davidson was the ATS victor, as they covered the +6.5-point spread as an underdog.

Grant Huffman had 18 points for Davidson and Bobby Durkin chipped in with 11 points. Bobby Durkin had 6 assists for them, while Reed Bailey was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

Duquesne got a 15-point performance from Jake DiMichele, who was supported by 15 points from Fousseyni Drame. Kareem Rozier had 3 assists in a losing cause for Duquesne, while Fousseyni Drame grabbed 5 rebounds.

Davidson was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Davidson had a 34-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Davidson looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the George Mason. Duquesne will aim to get back on the winning track at St. Bonaventure.
