Recap - Cornell Defeats Morrisville State 107-86
The battle between Cornell and Morrisville State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Morrisville State was handed a 107-86 defeat on Wednesday at Newman Arena at Bartels Hall.
Cornell got 15 points from Jacob Beccles and another 13 points from Cooper Noard. Guy Ragland Jr. contributed 6 assists, while Cooper Noard cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
Morrisville State got 15 points from Brandon Kulakowski in a losing cause and another 13 points from Daimarr Miller. Jacob Works contributed 5 assists for them, while Shaheem Sanders had 6 rebounds.
Cornell was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Cornell won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 41-22.
