Western New Mexico Falls 90-62 to UTEP - Recap
UTEP blew out Western New Mexico on Monday, running up the score in a 90-62 win at Don Haskins Center.
Zid Powell had 14 points for UTEP and Tae Hardy chipped in with 12 points. Tae Hardy had 4 assists for them, while Otis Frazier III was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Western New Mexico got a 12-point performance from Donovan Black, who was supported by 11 points from Allen Fordham. Evan Butts had 3 assists in a losing cause for Western New Mexico, while Allen Fordham grabbed 5 rebounds.
UTEP was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
