North Florida Falls 87-77 to South Carolina State - Recap
Omar Croskey scored 21 points leading South Carolina State to a 87-77 victory over North Florida at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Center on Monday.
Mitchell Taylor had 17 points for South Carolina State and Wilson Dubinsky chipped in with 11 points. Michael Teal had 4 assists for them, while Davion Everett was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
North Florida got 18 points from Chaz Lanier in a losing cause and another 12 points from Jah Nze. Ametri Moss contributed 8 assists for them, while Jake van der Heijden had 5 rebounds.
South Carolina State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
South Carolina State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 36-28.
