Lamar Falls 90-70 to Sam Houston State - Recap
The battle between Sam Houston State and Lamar didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Lamar was handed a 90-70 defeat on Sunday at Johnson Coliseum.
Lamar Wilkerson had 24 points for Sam Houston State and Davon Barnes chipped in with 16 points. Jaden Ray had 7 assists for them, while Davon Barnes was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Lamar got a 13-point performance from Adam Hamilton, who was supported by 10 points from Janko Bulajic. Jakevion Buckley had 5 assists in a losing cause for Lamar, while Janko Bulajic grabbed 6 rebounds.
