Blue Bombers vs Eskimos Final: 34-28 - Recap

Winnipeg earned a 34-28 victory over Edmonton on Friday in Week 11 action at The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium.

The Blue Bombers were a +5.0-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 48.0.

Chris Streveler rushed for 95 yards, while Andrew Harris added 89 yards in the win. Nic Demski and Lucky Whitehead added 28 and 18 receiving yards respectively.

C.J. Gable rushed for 53 yards for Edmonton, while Trevor Harris added 40 yards. Trevor Harris threw for 430 yards for the Eskimos, while receivers DaVaris Daniels and Tevaun Smith had 207 and 114 yards respectively.

Edmonton outgained Winnipeg 523-278 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-17 by the Eskimos.

The time of possession battle favored Edmonton as their offense was on the field for 31:39, longer than the 28:21 of their opponents.
