Knights Down Temple 38-13 - Match Report
The Owls were burned by Jaylon Robinson for 113 receiving yards on Saturday as the Knights picked up a 38-13 win at Bounce House.
The Knights won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -29.0-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.
Otis Anderson rushed for 83 yards, while Greg McCrae added 36 yards in the win. Jaylon Robinson and Marlon Williams added 113 and 102 receiving yards respectively.
Tayvon Ruley rushed for 90 yards for Temple, while Kyle Dobbins added 34 yards. Re-al Mitchell threw for 107 yards for the Owls, while receivers Jadan Blue and Branden Mack had 71 and 13 yards respectively.
UCF lost the time of possession battle 37:13-22:47, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
UCF looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Cincinnati. Temple will aim to get back on the winning track vs. East Carolina.
