LSU Falls 38-27 to Bruins - Recap

UCLA got a 117-yard performance from Zach Charbonnet as a key part of its 38-27 victory over the Tigers on Saturday at Rose Bowl.

UCLA was the ATS victor, as they covered the +1.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 64.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Zach Charbonnet rushed for 117 yards, while Brittain Brown added 96 yards in the win. Greg Dulcich and Kyle Philips added 117 and 49 receiving yards respectively.

Tyrion Davis-Price rushed for 31 yards for LSU, while Max Johnson added 16 yards. Max Johnson threw for 330 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Kayshon Boutte and Trey Palmer had 148 and 47 yards respectively.

LSU lost the offensive yardage battle to UCLA 470-379 yards in Saturday's game. LSU had more first downs as that total ended up 24-19.

The time of possession battle favored UCLA as their offense was on the field for 30:06, longer than the 29:54 of their opponents.

UCLA heads into a Week 3 battle against Fresno State. LSU, meanwhile, will have their next action against McNeese State.
