Rebels Fall 42-21 Against Alabama - Game Recap

Alabama got a 171-yard performance from Brian Robinson Jr. as a key part of its 42-21 victory over the Rebels on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The Crimson Tide were a -14.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 79.5.

Brian Robinson Jr. rushed for 171 yards, while Jase McClellan added 28 yards in the win. Jameson Williams and Slade Bolden added 65 and 58 receiving yards respectively.

Henry Parrish Jr. rushed for 47 yards for Ole Miss, while Jerrion Ealy added 16 yards. Matt Corral threw for 213 yards for the Rebels, while receivers Chase Rogers and Dontario Drummond had 53 and 43 yards respectively.

Ole Miss was outgained by Alabama 451-291 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 27-18 by the Crimson Tide.

Ole Miss lost the time of possession battle 37:59-22:01, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Alabama takes its act on the road to face Texas A&M looking for another win. For Ole Miss, they head home to face Arkansas.
