Owls Fall 37-8 Against Houston - Game Recap
The Owls had no answer for Alton McCaskill on Saturday as the Cougars rolled to a 37-8 win at Lincoln Financial Field.
Houston won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -26.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 52.5.
Alton McCaskill rushed for 129 yards, while Donavan Mutin added 38 yards in the win. Seth Green and Jaylen Erwin added 74 and 51 receiving yards respectively.
Justin Lynch rushed for 78 yards for Temple, while Edward Saydee added 20 yards. Justin Lynch threw for 119 yards for the Owls, while receivers Randle Jones and Ra'Von Bonner had 36 and 25 yards respectively.
