Recap - Ducks Defeat BYU 41-20
The battle between the Ducks and Cougars didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as BYU was handed a 41-20 defeat on Saturday at Autzen Stadium.
Oregon was the ATS victor, as they covered the -3.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 57.5 were rewarded at the payout window.
Mar'Keise Irving rushed for 97 yards, while Noah Whittington added 66 yards in the win. Troy Franklin and Chase Cota added 84 and 38 receiving yards respectively.
Christopher Brooks rushed for 28 yards for BYU, while Jaren Hall added 19 yards. Jaren Hall threw for 305 yards for the Cougars, while receivers Chase Roberts and Keanu Hill had 60 and 45 yards respectively.
BYU lost the offensive yardage battle to Oregon 439-366 yards in Saturday's game. Oregon had more first downs as that total ended up 24-21.
Oregon led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 33:11-26:49 split in that important category.
Oregon looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Washington State. BYU will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Wyoming.
