NIU Huskies vs Kentucky Wildcats Wrap - Kentucky Wins 31-23

Will Levis was good for 303 yards through the air on Saturday as the Wildcats got past the Huskies by a score of 31-23 at Kroger Field.

Kentucky did not, however, defeat the Huskies against the spread, which closed at -26.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 52.5.

Will Levis completed 18 of 26 pass attempts for 303 yards for the Wildcats in the win.

Harrison Waylee rushed for 63 yards for NIU, while Antario Brown added 37 yards. Ethan Hampton threw for 196 yards for the Huskies, while receivers Kacper Rutkiewicz and Cole Tucker had 63 and 55 yards respectively.

Kentucky outgained NIU 406-327 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 18-14 by the Wildcats.

NIU lost the time of possession battle 33:49-26:11, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Kentucky heads into a Week 5 battle against Ole Miss. NIU, meanwhile, will have their next action against Ball State.
