Crimson Tide vs Rebels Final: 30-24 - Recap
The Crimson Tide grabbed a Week 11 victory over the Rebels on Saturday, winning 30-24 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at Hollingsworth Field.
Alabama did not, however, defeat the Rebels against the spread, which closed at -10.5 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 65.5.
Jase McClellan rushed for 84 yards, while Roydell Williams added 13 yards in the win. Ja'Corey Brooks and Jermaine Burton added 61 and 50 receiving yards respectively.
Quinshon Judkins rushed for 135 yards for Ole Miss, while Jaxson Dart added 35 yards. Jaxson Dart threw for 212 yards for the Rebels, while receivers Malik Heath and Jonathan Mingo had 123 and 59 yards respectively.
Alabama was outgained by Ole Miss 403-317 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 22-18 by the Rebels.
The time of possession battle favored Alabama as their offense was on the field for 31:23, longer than the 28:37 of their opponents.
Next game, Alabama takes its act home to face Austin Peay looking for another win. For Ole Miss, they head on the road to face Arkansas.
