Warhawks Fall 41-34 Against South Alabama - Game Recap

Carter Bradley was good for 420 yards through the air on Saturday as the Jaguars got past the Warhawks by a score of 41-34 at Hancock Whitney Stadium.

South Alabama won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -17.0-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 51.0.

Carter Bradley completed 25 of 33 pass attempts for 420 yards for the Jaguars in the win.

Malik Jackson rushed for 39 yards for Louisiana-Monroe, while Andrew Henry added 15 yards. Chandler Rogers threw for 371 yards for the Warhawks, while receivers Tyrone Howell and Jevin Frett had 244 and 83 yards respectively.

Louisiana-Monroe was outgained by South Alabama 615-438 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 25-18 by the Jaguars.

Louisiana-Monroe led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 28:18-26:42 split in that important category.

South Alabama heads into a Week 8 battle against Troy. Louisiana-Monroe, meanwhile, will have their next action against Army.
