Colorado Defeats TCU 45-42 - Recap
Shedeur Sanders led the way with 510 passing yards on Saturday as the Buffaloes picked up a 45-42 victory over the Horned Frogs at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
Bettors who backed the Buffaloes were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as an underdog of +21.0 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 63.5.
Shedeur Sanders completed 38 of 47 pass attempts for 510 yards for the Buffaloes in the win.
Emani Bailey rushed for 164 yards for TCU, while Trey Sanders added 46 yards. Chandler Morris threw for 279 yards for the Horned Frogs, while receivers Jared Wiley and JP Richardson had 69 and 63 yards respectively.
TCU lost the offensive yardage battle to Colorado 565-541 yards in Saturday's game. Colorado had more first downs as that total ended up 30-27.
The time of possession battle favored Colorado as their offense was on the field for 34:33, longer than the 25:27 of their opponents.
Next game, Colorado takes its act home to face Nebraska looking for another win. For TCU, they head home to face Nicholls State.
