Mean Green Fall 46-39 Against FIU - Game Recap
Kejon Owens scampered through the North Texas defense for 101 yards as FIU handed the Mean Green a 46-39 defeat on Saturday at Riccardo Silva Stadium.

FIU lost the time of possession battle 32:16-27:44, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
FIU heads into a Week 3 battle against UCONN. North Texas, meanwhile, will have their next action against LA Tech.
